Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Products

Items are printed to order. Colours may vary slightly from screen to garment. Shipping, returns and replacements are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Intellectual property

Flagzz designs, artwork, logos and site content belong to Flagzz and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission. Flags and national symbols are shown with respect; Flagzz is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government or organisation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
