Shipping

Every Flagzz order is printed and packed in the USA. Typical timing: 2 to 5 business days to print and pack, then 3 to 6 business days for US delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. US shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Items in one order may occasionally ship separately. You’ll get tracking for each package.

Returns & replacements

We accept returns for defective items only. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll approve the return and send you the address to post it to.

Return postage is paid by the buyer. Once the item reaches us we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, including what you originally paid for the item.

Because each item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size choice, and we don’t offer exchanges at all. Please check the Size Guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes, message us and we’ll help.

Cancellations

Orders move fast. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help within the first few hours after ordering.
