Shipping

Every Flagzz item is printed to order in the USA. Typical timing: 2–5 business days production, then 3–6 business days for US delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Orders over $75 ship free within the US; standard shipping is calculated at checkout for smaller orders.

Items in one order may ship separately if they’re printed by different partners — you’ll get tracking for each package.

Returns & replacements

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full — no need to send the item back.

Because each item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size choice. Please check the Size Guide before ordering — and if you’re between sizes, message us and we’ll help.

Cancellations

Orders go to print quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually help within the first few hours after ordering.
